Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS only. Expedited options may not be available for P.O. box addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages 5iv3 Brand is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and save all packaging materials.
